Who can get a free HAF holiday club place in Southend?

A quick guide for parents and carers to the Holiday Activities and Food programme.

HAF is a free holiday programme for children and young people aged 5 to 16 who get benefits-related free school meals. It's funded by the Department for Education, and Southend-on-Sea City Council says it has been extended for the next three years.

Get The Kids Out is one of the approved providers in Southend, with clubs for ages 5 to 11, a specialist SEND club and a club for 11 to 14s. Our clubs are listed on Eequ, Southend's HAF booking site.
